He was caught ripping off a construction site so they stripped him and wrapped him in fencing.

They chained the fensing and locked it, then hung him in a tree by a busy street.
People saw him and called the police. It took the cops thirty minutes to get there during which dozens of people passed by and took pictures. After the cops finally got there, they called fire/rescue. It was rush hour and it had rained over night. There was a big pileup on the interstate, so fire/rescue had to respond to that first. It was two more hours before they got there to take him down.
Hundreds more people passed by. Most had cameras in their phones and took pictures. Even the cops got a few.
The media was called and all the local stations showed up. As they were finally unwraping the guy he finally saw all the people around, he sprang a boner.
He's had honest work as a stripper ever since.
